This page is dedicated to my pets, past and present. We love our pets as if they were our children. They ARE our children :). Just click on the small thumbnail picture to see a larger view.
Above are picture of Tara, the is the only pet we have left at the moment. She was born March 31st 1997. She's quite the little devil and loves to chew on everything. She has plenty of toys to occupy herself, but has acquired a particular taste for our sofa cushions, particularly the piping and even the foam inside. She is a lovable dog, but with quite a streak......lol......she is a Terrier and it shows.
Charlie was a miniature poodle, very lovable. He was born December 1990. Charlie unfortunately went to doggie heaven in December 1998. He would have been 8 years old 2 weeks later. He had diabetes and got a blockage in his intestine. He was operated, but it was not a succesfull operation and he was in too much pain, and unfortunately could not be saved.
He was a great dog and was my baby. He was a little sailor, loved to go in the boat or the peddle boat when we were at the cottage and chase the fish in the water. It was quite comical to see. And he also loved to chase the squirrels in the backyard, we had nicknamed them "Harry", and all you had to say was, where's Harry and a chase would ensue. We still miss him.
Junior
Junior was a wonderful cat, who unfortunately passed away in 1998, due to cancer. He had no pedigree, but really looked like a Maine Coon, and was very gentle and cuddly. He was 18 years old when he passed on. He had a good life and was spoiled rotten.
Frisky
He was a great cat, who also died in 1998, also of cancer. He was afraid of most new people and used to hide when the doorbell rang.
